What Can Be Returned
- Writing Set: Must include all components (pen and notebook) in the return packaging.

One-Year Limited Warranty
In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, all INQ smart pens purchased directly from our store include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that paper products are not covered by this warranty.
How to Return Your INQ Products
- Initiate Return: Contact us at support@inq.com with your order number or proof of purchase and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We'll email you a Credit Return Merchandise Authorization (CRMA) number, detailed return instructions, and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Package Items: Securely pack all components in their return packaging.
- Ship Items: Use our prepaid return shipping label to send your return.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company to verify if the refund is being processed.
- Check with your bank as there can be processing delays.
- If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@inq.com.
- DO NOT return the product to us
- Take clear photos of the damaged product showing the serial number and today's date
- Contact our customer service team with these photos and your order details
- After our team reviews the issue, properly dispose of or recycle the device through your local electronics recycling program

Return Frequency

For customers who request frequent refunds (more than two returns within a six-month period), we may request that all items be returned for verification before processing future refunds. Damaged Batteries
Smart pens containing damaged batteries must be treated as hazardous materials. If your pen's battery is swelling, leaking, or you suspect any battery damage:
For your safety, never puncture, crush, or incinerate products with batteries, as this could cause fire, explosion, or release of harmful substances.
Third-Party Purchases
This satisfaction guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from the INQ online store. For products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly regarding their return policies.
